Westgate Palace Hotel - Universal - I-Drive, Orlando

Upon arrival, the room was not ready and quite dirty, with someone else's clothes in the closet. However, the staff was friendly, and the room was eventually cleaned the next day. The phone in the room was not working properly, which was inconvenient.

My stay was perfect for our family trip to Volcano Bay. The rooms are great and big, each equipped with a kitchen, safe, and a washer and dryer.
